  I like Bath and Bodyworks for their products and while I appreciate good customer service, this place goes overboard. The greeting is nice, the informing of sales is great but then that's it. I want to be allowed to shop without being accosted every two minutes. Being approached once is fine but more than that is overkill and then I feel like I am being pushed.

  I went in today as a spur of the moment shopping day, and I left so happy. It wasn't only because three wick candles were 10 dollars off and my favorite bubble bath was only 6 dollars (I love Aromatherapy's new labels, they're simple but pretty. Nice touch) but the staff was very friendly. Angel was a doll, she interacted with me and my 3 year old daughter the entire visit. She made my little girl feel very welcome and went out of her way to let her smell the products so she didn't feel left out. Then there was an employee at the register, I didn't catch her name, but she went out of her way to help a guest who overspent. The guest had a limit of what she could spend so the cashier was very patient, taking off what the guest asked her to and was never irritated even though it was taking a long time. I've worked in retail for years, so I know it's tough ringing up, removing items from the transaction, etc. but she handled it kindly and those guest left very happy as well.
