  I went into the Lazy Boy store to buy my bf a new electric recliner for Christmas. Jordan was the sales rep that assisted me. She was very helpful and informative. The chair I picked out was not available except for the floor model. I was given the Black Friday 32% off since it was November 21st and so close to Black Friday. We want back today and picked the chair up. The staff was super. I did not catch the gentleman's name that actually assisted us loading it into our truck but he was the Best. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my visit to and experience in that store was awesome. I will def do business here again. THANKS.

  My 90 yo Mother needed an new lift chair. When we entered the store Ms. Tucker greeted us and escorted us to the area where the chairs were. She listened to our concerns and needs and explained the differences between the chairs, what was available in stock and what the wait time would be for special orders. She answered all our questions and explained how the chair we were interested in worked in reference to how the heat, massage and all the buttons worked. Ms. Tucker stepped away and gave us time to discuss the chair in private and gave my Mother time to sit in the chair while she thought about the purchase. Once my Mom decided she wanted the chair and was happy with the color that was available in stock Ms Tucker was very thorough in explaining all details of the bill and delivery. The overall experience was extremely pleasant. There was no pushy sales pitch.

  GREATEST customer service we have received in a very long time. Everything I was promised by Barrett (sales person) was actually done. Unusual this day and time. Clean, plenty of inventory and help when you need it. I would recommend anyone to visit this location and please see Barrett. He is great!!
