  Great friendly staff. Went in to buy a charm for my wife and wound up leaving with 4. Huge selection took a while to go through but all in all great associates.

  I have been a customer at Pandora as soon as they opened in Coastal Grand Mall. Pandora itself is an amazing jewelry line. Absolutely stunning! AND the genesis of the concept of interchangeable pieces in the world of jewelry today is just genius. I have been a loyal customer to the store from day one and will continue to be. But beyond that and even more so important is the service! I have been in the industry service in Myrtle Beach for 17 years so needless to say that is very important on my priority list. Every single Stylists is exceptional! As soon as I walk in I'm greeted by name, friendly faces and smiles. I feel so welcomed that I stop by just to say hi to all the ladies when I'm at Coastal Grand even if I'm not shopping at their store that day. That is what outstanding customer service will do. As a new grandmother I barely have time to shop these days. There have been on more than one occasion that I come to the mall just to shop at Pandora. But who can resist a good coffee and sometimes a quick dinner at the food court??? We are so lucky to have a Pandora in our area. This is one of very few stores that get me to Coastal Grand, not to mention all the wonderful ladies at Pandora especially my Stylist Lera! She is awesome!!!!
