  This place is horrid. The employees wont even give you the time of day. They would much rather play around in the back room or on their own phones than taking the time to explain anything to a BRAND NEW CUSTOMER. After only being with Sprint for about 30 mins, they already made me want to cancel my service and made me instantly regret being with their company. DO NOT GO TO THIS SPRINT. Going to the one on 17 Bypass by Bonefish is WELL worth the drive. These employees at this store are children and obviously need a better manager and better customer service training.

  I went into the store and told them I was canceling my service and going with a different carrier. A young man rudely help me through the process. His user id: un876641 Either way, I returned my device told them I wanted to cancel my service. 2 months later I'm still being charged service on a phone I no longer have. Apparently he put me in as suspending my phone rather than canceling which in turns still generates a full bill. I know this was done intentionally!! I'm very frustrated. After calling corporate and spending hours pleading with them, they agreed to drop the charge to $60 and I still have to call back at the end of my billing cycle to to complete the cancellation.
