  WARNING DO NOT USE! Had TC's Glass install glass and a door around my shower. after a day, I noticed a couple of leaks coming from the bottom of the glass and from the back side, Contacted the owner,Trapper Cannon on 7-20-16 and he told me to call the office. Left a message at the office and did not get a return call for approx. 3 weeks. recontact Trapper, and after be jerked around Trapper finally sent someone on 8-18-16 (almost a month later and after several times of trapper telling me he was coming and then not showing up) however he failed to fix the leaks. I notified, once again, Trapper Cannon, who advised me that he would send some out to fix it.fast forward to today 4-29-17 and countless time when Trapper said he would send someone, I still have the same leaks. about a month after installation, I was unable to shut the door due to the glass not lining up. I'm writing this after trapper finally said he would show up on 4-28-26 after 3pm. after waiting and killing my whole afternoon, you guessed right, Trapper never showed up. Now I am going to have to hire another company to come fix the poor installation job of TC Glass and have the headache of taking Trapper to small claims court to pay for it. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES AND DO NOT USE TC GLASS.
