  Worst Victoria's Secret I've ever been to. Visited there Sunday evening 8/20/17 and had a free panty coupon and a 20%off coupon. I asked an associate if I could use the coupon with the 5/28 panty deal and she said no. No one helped me in the store. I'm used to being catered to in VS because they're all usually very helpful or at least I'm asked if I could be helped. All they were doing is gossiping in the corner about sex and showing each other stuff on their phones and other very inappropriate things. I had my 14 year old daughter with me and I was embarrassed about what they were talking about loudly. Very unprofessional. There were at least 4 women working. When I was ready to check out, I stood at the counter for what seemed like forever and finally the lady with blue hair slowly came over and explained to me how tired she was and how long she worked today and that she had go to her other job as soon as she leaves that one. She rang me up still complaining about work and I got my free panties but didn't try to use the 20% because another worker told me I couldn't. So I offered it to my niece behind me buying her stuff. I told my niece I couldn't use it on the 5/28 deal I was told. Then the blue hair lady told me that I could have and that the other lady was wrong. But she wasn't willing to redo my transaction because she "wasn't allowed to do so". I've never been treated so rudely. I should have just returned everything but I didn't have time.

  Employees had no interest in helping me and of course no interest in telling me any special offers. I spent $84 and the special was to spend $85..when I asked about it her response was "sorry". Very little customer service.
